Buying Tip #1: Keep Your Money In The Bank

It is important that you refrain from making any huge purchases, or move your money around for about three to six months before purchasing a new home. Your credit profile needs to appear consistent and reliable to Lenders. If you open new credit cards, rack up too much debt or make extravagant purchases, you're going to have a hard time getting a loan.

I have seen this time and time again where Buyers were not aware that this would effect them getting the best possible loan. Remember to Educate yourself, means to Empower yourself!
